Delivery Complaints

All Over the Internet

If you look around on the internet, you will quickly find a long list of delivery issues and angry customers. Aside from once having sold the Molokini through Costco, CBH also sold the kayak through Amazon. It does not look as though they have an account currently.     There are also a number of complaints on the BBB's website here - Better Business Bureau. There are 16 complaints filed with the BBB, some of which are as recent as 1/27/2014 and go back to 5/2/2011.
