All Over the Internet
If you look around on the internet, you will quickly find a long list of delivery issues and angry customers. Aside from once having sold the Molokini through Costco, CBH also sold the kayak through Amazon.

There are also a number of complaints on the BBB's website here - Better Business Bureau. There are 16 complaints filed with the BBB, some of which are as recent as 1/27/2014 and go back to 5/2/2011.
